Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you work or wrench, we’ll get your order to you.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Some rural or international addresses may take a bit longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Why isn’t my tracking info updating?
Tracking can take a few days to update, especially while packages are in international transit. If it’s been more than 7 days with no movement, feel free to reach out — we’ll look into it for you.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, email us at info@greasenippleco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. However, if there’s a legitimate issue with your order, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — no hassle.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or update your order within the first 12 hours after placing it. After that, we’ve likely started processing it with our fulfillment partner and can’t make changes.
Do you offer bulk orders or custom gear?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned and feel free to contact us for special requests.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not at the moment, but we plan to add digital gift cards in the future.
