Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping on all products.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders to Canada and the USA arrive within 8–14 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days.
In some cases, customs or local postal services may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted fulfillment partners to ship your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed more than 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description.
If there's a problem with your order, contact us at support@greasenippleco.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delayed delivery are not accepted at this time due to the nature of our fulfillment process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact your local post office first. If they are unable to help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, we’ve likely already begun processing the order with our supplier.
